During over 25 years of combined clinical experience in the hospital and acute rehabilitation settings, we received constant feedback from patients about poor-quality physical therapy or wellness sessions they were experiencing at home.  The recovery from a traumatic injury such as spinal cord injury, brain injury, or stroke is already a traumatic one - as is the rehabilitation from a fall which resulted in the need for a hip replacement or orthopedic surgery. 

Our vision is to change the model of care at home to make recovery from these injuries easier and provide the standard of effective, acute rehabilitation-level care, from the most skilled and experienced clinicians.
